TCM Cookie Fundraiser Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with TCM Cookie for your fundraising needs! We’re excited to help you raise money through delicious, handcrafted cookies.

By submitting a fundraiser request and checking the box on the inquiry form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

How It Works

  • TCM Cookie will create a custom online fundraising page for your organization.
  • Each sale made through your page will be tracked and fulfilled by TCM Cookie.
  • No baking, handling, or distribution is required by your organization.

Fundraising Profit & Minimums

  • Your organization will receive 40% of total sales profit.
  • Payouts will be disbursed within 14 business days after the fundraiser closes.
  • All payouts are made via ACH deposit to a verified organization account. We do not pay individuals.

Fundraiser Duration

  • Each fundraiser runs for 7 days.
  • Organizations are responsible for promoting the fundraiser during this time.

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Orders will be fulfilled by TCM Cookie and shipped directly to the customer.
  • All cookies are baked fresh to order.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after the fundraiser closes for fulfillment to begin.

Promotion Responsibility

  • TCM Cookie provides graphics, links, and copy to help promote the fundraiser.
  • Your organization is responsible for sharing the fundraiser link, promoting on social media, email, or other channels.
  • The success of your fundraiser depends on your team’s effort and visibility.

Misuse & Cancellation

  • Fundraisers cannot be used for personal profit or purposes outside of the organization’s mission.
  • If it is discovered that the fundraiser is misrepresented or misused, TCM Cookie reserves the right to cancel the fundraiser and withhold payment.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • TCM Cookie is not responsible for any food allergies, order errors due to incorrect customer information, or shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • All cookies are produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and meat.

Agreement

By submitting the fundraising inquiry form and checking the box, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood the above terms.
  • You are an authorized representative of the organization.
  • You agree to these terms on behalf of your group or organization.
